ZIUR Jewels may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications will be duly published as they appear here. The validity of these terms and conditions will depend on their publication and will remain in effect until modified by other duly published terms and conditions. SECURITY
The website uses generally accepted industry information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of access controls.
Our secure server guarantees the privacy of the data you transmit to us. This privacy is achieved through the SSL protocol, encrypting the data sent using the RSA encryption system, so that no one can appropriate it since they do not have the necessary key. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping and/or management costs are not included in the price and will be shown to you before completing your purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order. Below, we detail the shipping costs in the following table:

PLACING THE ORDER
To place an order, you must log in to ZIUR Jewels and register as a user by completing the electronic form that appears on the online store's website and following the instructions provided. After registering, to purchase products, you must add the desired item to your shopping cart, following the on-screen instructions, completing the order form provided, and submitting it.
The prices shown on the website are valid solely for online orders placed with ZIUR Jewels. All prices published on our website include VAT.
The validation of the order by the client expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract.
Once the purchase has been made, and as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours of the purchase, ZIUR Jewels Customer Service will send you a purchase confirmation by email.
If you do not agree with the data contained in said confirmation, you may request their modification or cancellation of the contract.

The language or languages in which the contract may be formalized on this website is Spanish.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The selection of products offered on ZIUR Jewels is valid as long as the products are visible on the website. Since it is an e-commerce site, stock is updated online, so it is possible that an item may sell out during the purchase process.
If this happens, we will inform you immediately to offer you an alternative or refund the amount paid for the product.
WAY TO MAKE CLAIMS
To make any claim in relation to the obligations established in Article 110 of Law 3/2014, you must contact us.
FAILURE TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT
In the event of non-execution of the contract by the entity due to the purchased product not being available or for any other reason, the client will be informed of this lack of availability and/or reason that justifies it and will recover the sums without any undue delay. that has been paid under it. In the event of an unjustified delay by ZIUR Jewels in returning the sums paid, the customer may claim double the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to be compensated for damages suffered in excess of that amount.
SHIPPING MODE AND TIMES
Products are shipped to the shipping address you provided in your order. If you order multiple items with different availability dates, the shipping timeframe will be based on the item with the longest estimated delivery time. In exceptional cases, ZIUR Jewels reserves the right to split the order, shipping the available items and sending the unavailable items in a second shipment.
For the transport and delivery of the shipments, we have chosen a courier company of recognized prestige.
The established shipping time will depend on the order requested. It will be approximately five business days from receipt of payment, considering business days Monday through Friday.
In the event that the customer detects any problem at the time of delivery of their order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), they must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note, and contact them within 14 days following the delivery. reception. No return of a damaged item will be accepted, as well as a claim for a missing item, if it has not been communicated within the established period, sending us photos and a description of the problem.
All this without prejudice to the right of guarantee for products that do not comply with the contract that assists every consumer, in accordance with current regulations.

PAY
ZIUR Jewels accepts credit card payments; you can use Visa and MasterCard. If you pay with a Visa or Maestro card, your card will be charged upon shipment. This way, you will only be charged for the items shipped, and only at the time of shipment. If the payment terminal reports that the card has been declined, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified online. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, the issuing bank must be enrolled in the Secure Electronic Commerce (CES) protocol. Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. As an alternative, we offer payment by bank transfer. ZIUR Jewels reserves the right to refuse any credit card transaction. In this case, we will refund the money to the original card. If the customer wishes to proceed with the purchase, we will request a bank transfer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases made at ZIUR Jewels at our office located in ZIUR Jewels, by completing the withdrawal document that you can download here.
The maximum period to request a return is stipulated in the following periods, from receipt of the order:
-14 calendar days for all products in our online store.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. This right is in addition to the warranty rights recognized in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, on the protection of consumers and users.
The circumstances that may cause a return are the following:
a) If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered: You can return it to ZIUR Jewels via courier. We will refund the price of the product but not the return shipping costs.
b) If you wish to exchange an item for another one, the return shipping costs will not be covered by ZIUR Jewels
c) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order: ZIUR Jewels will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
d) The products must be packaged and unsealed. The packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all its original accessories and instructions in order to be returned.
Neither in physical stores nor in the ZIUR Jewels online store will returns be accepted for products that were not purchased from the company.
In all cases, the products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts, if applicable, included.
In accordance with article 103 of Law 3/2014 on the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal is excepted for those products that are clearly personalized or that have been made in accordance with the client's specifications.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
In the event that an order is canceled before departure, the customer will not have any costs. In the event that an order is canceled after the merchandise has shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the costs of returning the order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery. However, it does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, misuse, or improper handling, nor does it cover materials worn through normal use. Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 6 months of delivery, whether the product is new or used, will be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, except where this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the type of defect. ZIUR Jewels reserves the right to request verification of the problem's origin from an official ZIUR Jewels service center. If the defect is found to be caused by misuse, the repair will be billable. In cases where the warranty applies, the company will choose between repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID
The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the purchase.
ZIUR Jewels will not issue a refund or reship any merchandise until the returned item has been received and its packaging and accessories have been inspected at our warehouse. The refund amount will be the original price shown on the order, excluding shipping costs. Once the returned product has been verified to be in good condition, ZIUR Jewels will process the refund within a maximum of 15 days.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between ZIUR Jewels and the USER will be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the corresponding city.
